Linda founded and grew recruitment & engagement consultancy FuturePeople to ~$20M annual revenue and recognition for technology innovation and best practice on a global scale, before shifting her focus to bring her vision for Kleu to life. 

As our co-founder and Head of Product, Martin is the clever Solutions Architect of Kleu and recipient of more than 27 major awards including the highly coveted Australian Technology Award. His 28 years’ experience building & running technology-based businesses, coupled with a decade researching and designing new digital learning strategies and technologies, made him the ideal technical co-founder to bring Linda’s vision to life. 

Kleu needed an expert in behavioural science and learning design who could apply academic rigour to the development of the program, at the same time as bring deep practitioner insight to bring our Founder and CEO’s vision to life. Stephen's 30 years’ experience in learning design, adult education, counselling and leadership development.
