Our story
Our founder Linda Boyd is a purpose led serial entrepreneur, who cares about social impact. Her previous business FuturePeople facilitated career opportunities for over 30,000 people in Australia, which provided an early insight into an escalating problem of stress, burnout and poor mental health in workplaces.
Through extensive research, Linda identified the coachable emotional intelligence (EQ) skills people who flourish at work share. And determined the workplace scenarios that people feel emotionally ill-equipped to handle. Then replicated the real life emotional fitness coach people need, digitally with Kleu. Kleu is the only scalable emotional fitness coach, which is backed by robust science and has a proven ROI in workplaces
